These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of woodsgrp.com and the services provided by Woods Consulting Group LLC ("Woods Consulting Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Woods Consulting Group provides IT and cloud consulting for small businesses, including business formation assistance, website design and development, domain and business email setup, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Google Workspace setup and migration, and related security services. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement.
By providing your mobile number and opting in through our website form or verbally during a consultation, you agree to receive text messages from Woods Consulting Group related to your inquiry and services, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, project and setup updates, quotes, and follow-ups.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Your opt-in information is handled per our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due on delivery. State filing fees and domain registration fees are separate and are the client's responsibility. Quotes are honored for 30 days from the proposal date.
On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for you, and we provide a clean handoff so you control what we build. We retain our own pre-existing tools, templates, and methods. We may reference non-confidential work as a portfolio example unless you opt out in writing.
You agree to provide accurate information and the content, access, and approvals needed to complete the work in a timely manner. Where we need access to your systems, we require written authorization first and use least-privilege access that is revoked at the end of the engagement.
Services and deliverables are provided in a professional, workmanlike manner but otherwise "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Business formation assistance is administrative help, not legal advice; consult an attorney for legal questions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows the latest revision.
